BEAVER CREEK STABLES OFFERING YOUTH HORSEMANSHIP PROGRAM AND HORSEBACK RIDING LESSONS

Beaver Creek Stables has added a youth horsemanship program and horseback riding lessons to their variety of horseback riding offerings.

“We are excited to be able to expand our scope of offerings with this unique youth horsemanship program in one of the most beautiful places on the planet,” said owner Kimberly Adams. “Our wranglers have such a breadth of experience that it only makes sense to share that expertise with youth, both from our community and visiting.”

A fun-filled experience for kids ages 7+, the unique three-day horsemanship program (camp) includes a riding lesson, a trail ride, education on grooming, tacking, safety and other information and instruction on horses. Camp occurs Monday through Wednesday, except holidays, from 9:30 am to 3 pm. Lunch is provided and reservations are recommended. 

In both English and Western style group and private lessons, Beaver Creek Stables strives to make every rider's experience fun and enjoyable while achieving their own personal horsemanship goals, whatever they may be. Beginner and intermediate lessons are offered every day of the week at 9 am, 11:30 am and 2 pm. Reservations are recommended.

With over 70 horses, Beaver Creek Stables also offers one and two hour rides, a three-hour picnic ride, a Beaver Creek Lake ride, evening horseback rides to Beano’s Cabin, as well as free pony rides for children under the age of six.
